Excellent value for money at the heart of the city

We went there for weekend from Poland. Location is great, check-in and parking was smooth, room was big and nicely furnished, extremely clean. Staff was friendly. Highly recommended.

Staff was nice, room was good and location was great with access to public transport. The amenities in the room were lacking - the soap in the sink was so watered down that it barely had any actual soap in it and the shower had a 3 in 1 body wash/shampoo/conditioner that was awful. Our room also had a hole in the wall and the pillows were old & super worn out.

Just fabulous. The room was spotless, spacious, and genuinely exceeded expectations. The apartment is right next to both the metro and tram, making it unbelievably easy to get anywhere in the city. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, and communication with the host was excellent. Anytime we had a question, they responded within seconds, which made everything stress-free. The space itself had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, and far more room than you normally find in such a prime location, especially for such a central area in a major European city! Overall, highly recommend. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great accommodation, great location, close to everything and quiet location. No contact check in was superb as arrived around midnight. The only downside was wifi details given by email only after collecting the keys. Not everyone can use their mobile internet abroad. Would advise to have wifi details in the room rather than sent by email. Would definitely stay there again.

Large suite with everything you need. Super clean and staff were on site and really helpful. Location we stayed at was a block from the trams that move you quickly to wherever you want to go. Laundry room, with dryer, was available for a fee and then you could use whenever you needed

Beautiful apartment. Spacious, clean, easy access to sights. Walkable! Very friendly and helpful staff. Only thing I would add is paper towels, Kleenex tissues, sugar, salt, olive oil/vinegar, teas, coffee maker. These are all things offered in most other apartments.

Front desk was very accommodating. Nice large clean apartment. Wonderful to have parking although a bit tight for larger vehicles. Hotel is accessible for wheelchair users - although check in has steps- there is another entrance on other side of bldg that is stair free.Had use of special entrance/exit right at rail stop.

The location of the hotel was very good. Lots of places to eat easy to get around and several places to have a drink. But the hotel wasn’t very comfy the beds were hard and the rooms were too hot. There was not remote for the AC so it was to warm to sleep. I also got charged for a dirty towel after I had left the hotel. Never heard of anybody getting charged for a dirty towel at a hotel before.

I wished they have maid service

The location is great. Walking distance to many places. Right next to the transportation hub. However, I have to mention about the cleanness. The room is very clean when we checked in. But there are no maid service throughout our staying. We stayed for a week and by the 3 days, the room started to get dusty. We had to ask for new towels. The hotels has washers and dryers but it can takes several hours to wash and dry a small load of clothes.
