"We have stayed at Slaley Hall a few times and always enjoyed our time there, it is our 'go to' place for a mini break. The Spa is very relaxing and the treatments/therapists are excellent. The staff on reception, the dining room and bars are all friendly, welcoming and willing to help. Big shout out to Marcus on reception who kindly offered to help get our bags from the car as my husband has mobility problems. Thank You , we will be back :) "
"Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We hadn’t met the owner, so decided it was easier just to clean them both before using them.
On the hole, everything else was excellent.
There was no recycling facilities, which was quite a surprise, and also a slight disappointment. Everything else was above...

We had incredible consideration given to us by providing us with blankets for our trip to see outdoor evening performance of Kynren. Breakfast was a gorgeous plentiful full English. All staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful- I was greeted upon arrival with a welcome drink and my bags were taken up to my room whilst I checked in and relaxed in the Great Hall.
