The first was for 3 nights when we 1st came into St. John's and the last was when we traveled the whole island and then came back for 2 nights before leaving for home. Warning flags went off 1 month before we traveled. I contacted the hotel to tell them that our flight would be late so we would be checking in after 1 am. "The staff and room we had were lovely, however soundproofing between the rooms could be significantly better… I was awoken in the middle of night to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs for what felt like forever…. I did call the front desk and they seemed to take care of what I later found out was a domestic dispute… but unfortunately that completely ruined my one “peaceful” night away from my kids, and we were not offered any discount or anything other than a “sorry about that”"
