"The staff at this hotel are wonderful! The area around the hotel is chaotic, but once you're at the hotel, it's a different world! Very clean, quiet, safe, upscale, modern, and beautiful. "This hotel is amazing! The history and character of the hotel is fascinating. The staff are so welcoming. They welcome you by putting a scarf around your neck and applying a tika to your forehead. I had a massage at the spa which was excellent. My stay was fabulous! No complaints! "

"This is the nicest property in Nagarkot. Everything was clean and comfortable and the service was great except for one incident that occurred at check in. "Stayed two nights on the top floor with great view. Probably one of the best hotels in Thamel. Access to the club lounge was convenient, and I had it to myself. Very friendly staff here.
