Very cozy cabin and beautiful scenery

I enjoyed my stay there very much. Although there was still no snow, the views around are beautiful and a few km ahead up the mountains I saw a lot of snow. The cabin is cozy, warm, good shower, kitchen with all appliances and good bed. The main house has good food and personnel are always willing to help. Only the breakfast could have more options. The SPA has good massage and a jacuzzi. Just wish I had more days to stay there!

Lugar hermoso, falta mantenimiento de cabañas

A las cabañas le falta mantenimiento. Nos dieron la cabaña 6 al costado de la ruta, cada vez que pasaba un camión vibraban los vidrios, y al costado estaban haciendo otra cabaña, o sea estuvimos todo el día con ruido. Pedimos que nos cambien de cabaña, y en la recepción, una tal Mariana nos atendió muy mal, diciendo que estaba todo lleno sin haberse fijado. Resaltó la atención de Ariadna que le puso voluntad y nos cambió de cabaña, a la 13b. Estaba muchísimo mejor, igualmente la limpieza y mantenimiento deja bastante que desear. El restaurante muy bueno, y rico, un poco caro para los platos que tienen en la carta. El entorno increíble, maravilloso. Creo que varía mucho depende que cabaña te toque, hay algunas que tienen una vista preciosa y otras dan a la ruta y ves los camiones, por el mismo precio. Descartando a Mariana, todo el resto del Personal muy amable.

El establecimiento es hermoso. Ubicado junto al río, tiene una vista increíble y te permite relajarte junto a la naturaleza. Las cabañas son muy amplias y te permiten también estar cómodo dentro de cada una de ellas.

Expedía un desastre.

Me alquilaron una cabaña que está bloqueada en el sistema de pueblo del Río. Y en el establecimiento no tenían más cabañas disponibles. Solo una que no tenía Calefon y tuvimos que esperar hasta las 6 de la tarde para que nos entreguen la cabaña. Si no hubiera estado esa cabaña en mal estado disponible nos teníamos que volver. Primera y última vez que utilizó expedía
