"Chose the Hampton Inn Poway as an extra night on my birthday trip knowing that this isn't a fancy resort by any means but Hampton Inn always comes with great stays and calm environments. The stay started out ok with the gentleman at the front being very helpful and even offering an "upgrade". We got to the room to notice a musty smell from the AC being off. First of all, I stated in the reservation that I needed a room that could accommodate someone in a wheelchair. And according to the front desk, because I did not use the word "accessible", i was given a standard double bed room.
