"What a horrible experience. We first got in around 10pm and was told we got a room upgrade. My partner and I got a suite with a large comfy bed and instead got shoved into a corner disability unit with two small beds “suite”. We had horrible noise from upstairs neighbors all night and slept for only two hours that night. Lights weren’t turning on, ants in the shower. I asked to speak to a manager who was coming in later and was told they would help me by having him call me back he never did. I...

It was close to where I live and walking distance to get food and Dollar tree and other places that were cool other than my room was really dirty in places that should’ve been cleaned the Jacuzzi which we went pacifically for was broken and has been broken for over a week. We were not told about this until after we had already turned the Jacuzzi on and waiting for it to heat up. "Honestly, I’ve stayed in a couple of hotels in San Diego. I’ve lived here all my life, but now I live in TJ, so I’m a general contractor and when I don’t wanna cross the border, I stay at hotels. and honestly the hotels here in San Diego are the best. I’ve never had an issue with them. People are so nice. You guys should stay too this hotel has good persona, good people that work for them. Every day was great. Thank you guys. I appreciate it for attending me well"

"I was greeted by a very nice gentleman (Maziar). He was very helpful, also patient when I thought I had prepaid but hadn’t, so he waited patiently while I shifted some things around and paid there. The property and the room were very clean (and I’m picky)! Hot coffee available all hours was a plus! And who doesn’t love a breakfast included! Highly recommend for your next stay!!!"
