For this reason we looked for accommodation of a higher category than the one you had booked to compensate for any inconvenience that we might have caused. Sorry you not appreciated the complimentary room with a small terrace instead of the balcony as per your original booking, the excellent bottle of Prosecco, the kindness of the staff at the reception.
