They were so helpful and attentive to our needs, taking the time to send us restaurant recommendations, chat and give us a sense of the city and area history. They provided maps and directions to Cinque Terre. The hotel's location is perfect - a short walk from/to the train station and in the center with restaurants and shops all around. "Camera spaziosa, pulita, calda con bagno grande e comodissimo, apprezzo il doccino alternativo al bidet. Comodo raggiungere il centro con l'autobus che ferma proprio sotto la struttura ma anche a piedi è una piacevole passeggiata. Parcheggio privato in cortile interno chiuso. Ho gradito anche la possibilità di utilizzare microonde, frigo e bollitore. Accoglienza cordiale e di massima disponibilità. "
