"Clean room. Modern and spacious. However found the experience of trying to get a table at The Italian Kitchen restaurant lacking. Dropped into the restaurant around 5:30 to see if I could reserve a table for 30 minutes from then. Was told no, it was first come, first served and to come back in 40min to 1 hour. Came back and was told to try again in an hour, but that they’d add our name to a wait list. It was frustrating that they didn’t mention that we could have added our name to a wait list the first time I dropped in. "

"Rooms are compact but clean, staff were helpful when we reported there was still wet paint in our room. We were given a temporary room for one night then a third room for the rest of our stay. Location seems far on map but in reality it is place very central to amenities. Nice budget hotel for short stays"

"I was really impressed with everything about this hotel… We got an executive king suite on the fifth floor with an incredible view of Saint Patrick’s Cathedral. The staff was lovely, everyone was so helpful with directions, bus stops, tours, etc.. The staff in the bar was particularly kind… Jonathan was very helpful making sure we were happy with our very first Guinness…” Splitting the G” Jonathan also helped us each morning with breakfast which by the way was above and beyond any expectation. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this location. The rooms were great, and the view of St. Patrick’s Cathedral was incredible. (specifically 506… Home run!)"
