"The staff was very friendly and helpful however we were asked to rent towels but if they were wet we had to pay 5 euros to get a dry one each time at the daily rate for this hotel I don’t think it’s normal. "After the 10am check out you’re not allowed to stay at the property due to insurance reasons but can leave your bags and come back to shower. Ridiculous."
