"A breathtaking view and a wonderful getaway, especially for couples. We stayed in an annex room. The air conditioning in that room is not adequate for summer temperatures. (No heat wave, just normal temps) We requested a fan but was not available. Had we known, would have bought one in Cagliari and donated. We had two rather uncomfortable nights. Otherwise, meals were excellent. All staff gracious and accommodating. It is a remarkable experience."

"When we chose this hotel we chose it because it was supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. When we got there they told us that our dog was not allowed to be in the public areas and the only place where he could be was in our room. We travel a lot and when we go to a pet friendly place we are allowed to bring our little toy barboncino everywhere with no restrictions. We were supposed to be there two days but we were so disappointed that we left a day earlier. Of course we will never be back and...

"Having worked in high end hospitality management for over a decade, I understand the pressure during busy periods, however that shouldn’t detract from the customers experience. Service is what makes or breaks a hotel. Sadly the service here lacked massively. Apart from the staff members mentioned. What I find even more shocking is the replies to critical feedback from the Hotel’s Director General. Defensive and threatening rather than taking feedback onboard to improve services. "Eine schöne Poolanlage mit sehr bequemen Liegen und einem hervorragenden Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind allerdings etwas altmodisch und recht klein. Alles ist recht weitläufig, sodass man oft Treppen steigen muss, was aber nicht weiter stört. Der Strand ist ebenfalls ok, die Liegen dort sind super, allerdings ist es weit entfernt und es handelt sich um einen Kiesstrand. Das Personal am Empfang könnte noch professioneller geschult sein, doch die Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich."

"The personnel at the front desk was nice. We got a nice room on the 5th floor, with nice views. The downside was that the restaurant wasn't "really" open due to a semi-big group, and the bars (poolside and beach) were closed (due to the reason, that late September is off season) - and close by was only one bar/restaurant open. Good thing about the off season is that the crown is absent... Breakfast wasn't any special - ok thoug. "
