Highly recommend this hotel. A little bit further out from the port and centre but still walkable and easy to get transport. Pretty much next to a shopping centre. Easy to access. Excellent facilities including in room. Staff were welcoming, polite and accommodating. Would definitely stay again

It‘s worth the visit, especially the lava pools and sunset are very nice. Also the roadtrip to get to Porto Moniz is quite spectacular. However, there‘s not much else to do and the weather can be unforseeable.
