The check in process was fantastic. The check in ladies were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend This place.

Convenient location for metro and walking to restaurants etc but not great for walking back after dark. Disappointed in maintenance of equipment in apartment, especially oven and toaster. No smoke alarm in apartment. Beds comfortable and always lots of hot water. Nice to have doors to open for fresh air, despite view of derelict garden next door.

Très calme et confortable même si un peu excentré

Très bien, la rue n'est pas très agréable, et l'on est un peu loin du centre touristisque (5 à 15 mn à pied selon les endroits), mais très propre, très confortable, très calme, et pas cher.

Het kantoor was redelijk makkelijk te vinden. Het meisje van het kantoor erg aardig, ze liep met ons naar een garage waar we de auto konden parkeren. Leek erg krap maar ging net. Bij het inschrijven kregen we een kaart van Porto met allerlei tips erop wat we moesten gaan zien en konden bezichtigen. Het appartement was prachtig, schoon, wel gehorig als je boven buren had. Makkelijk te openen met een code, zowel op de kamerdeur als huisdeur. Een stoel met kapotte poot werd omgeruild en een theedoek die ontbrak werd gebracht. Alles binnen loopafstand van het appartement. Wij hebben genoten!

Porto looks better in a nice apartment

We had a very spacious and clean apartment, the kitchenette was very equipped. We could have breakfast and some meals at our apartment. My kids were happy . The only issue was the air conditioner and the coffeemaker but it doesn't matter when you have a clean a nice apartment close to everything. We had a very nice experience in Porto. Thank you Susana.

Alojamiento agradable, bien situado en cuanto a zona comercial y tranvías, aunque Oporto está lleno de cuestas! No tiene microondas, aunque lo pone en la descripción,y si te toca el apartamento del segundo piso, subir cargado por las escaleras es un punto a tener en cuenta

Great apartment but service could be better

The apartments are situated in a quieter area of Porto but still very accessible to all of the main sites to see. The apartment was really comfortable, large, well equipped and very clean. The only issue we had was that the access is via a key pad which stopped working during our stay and having contacted the manager and asked for reassurance when this was fixed, we did not receive this. It had been but we didn't know this until we got back to the apartment which was late in the evening and was a concern if it hadn't been fixed.

Desbloqueio da porta não funcionou

Studio lindo e limpo, porém tive problemas com a senha de acesso p entrar, pois a mesma resolveu não desbloquear a entrada as 23:30 da noite, passamos mais de uma hora do lado de fora no frio. Sugiro que deem uma chave a cada hóspede p evitar esse problema, pois digitalizações pode dar pane, que foi o caso.

구경잘하고 잘쉬다 갑니다. 고맙습니다.

숙소도 깨끗하고 식기나 침구 청소상태 모두 훌륭했다. 교통편도 편리하고 볼량시장도 가까워 지내는데 대만족! 특히 가족동반의경우 추천해주고 싶은 숙소다. 직원분들도 매우 친절했다. 출퇴근을 하시는지 우리가 아침에 나갈때와 들어올때 카운터 문이 닫힌 경우가 많았다. 에피소드 하나 : 세탁기가 teka인데 사용법을 몰라 애를 먹었다. 세탁물이 잠겨있어 꺼내지 못하고 전전긍긍. 미리 사용법과 인버터 사용법도 카운터에 문의하시고 사용하시길.. 좋은 도시에서 좋은 구경 잘하고 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

Good location on a quiet street not far from the main city area although it is uphill all the way back at the end of the day. Clean and comfy with ac on a super hot day
