The location of the appartment is perfect close to the center but the appartment it self its not good for your health, it had mold patches all over the apartment, the smell of wet humid air makes it hard to breath, the AC was broken, the toilet door was desolving from the wet air, the furniture all felt wet. it was hard to get a cancelation and refund of the money they could only "Attempt" to do so. we left the Aparment a soon we could, not soon enough because i was already coughing and sick because of the state of the Place.

As we were on the 3rd floor we were happy to see the appartment had a lift. It had the facilities we needed e.g iron, storage to hang our clothes. It was a lovely touch arriving to a welcome gift of cookies and a bottle of wine. What made our stay in the appartment uncomfortable was the damp and sewage smell. It was not to bad on day one however by day 3 the sewage smell was so strong we had to sleep with the balcony door open. Would not remmend this place for this reason.

Moldy musty smell in hallways and shower was really moldy.

There was a lot of black mold in the corners of the living area and on several of the walls, also in the shower. The baseboards and walls were filthy. I emailed the company to let them know and even included pictures of the filth and mold, but did not receive a reply.

Building smelled like urine, the room had black mold on the corner of the room. We attempted to reach out to property managers and they were no help and said they couldn’t get us a room anywhere else and if we decided to leave they can “attempt” to get us a refund for the one night we leave. Super unsafe, and definitely would not recommend staying here. Area where located is fine but definitely not this one. Super disappointed that we couldn’t come to an agreement on a compensation

Wir sind vollkommen zufrieden mit der Unterkunft gewesen. Super zentrale Lage in Vila Nova di Gaia. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unser Appartement lag nach hinten raus und hatte sogar eine kleine Terrasse. Gute Ausstattung der Küche inklusive Nespresso-Kapselmaschine. Es gab sogar ein Bügeleisen und ein kleines Bügelbrett. Fußläufig waren viele Restaurants zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Apartamento muy bonito, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Nos recibieron con una botella de vino y unas galletas de cortesía. La ubicación inmejorable, a pocos pasos del puerto de Gaia y de otras zonas de interés, sin duda alguna repetiría.
