Hotel had an excellant breakfast every morning. Lots to choose from to start your day. Enjoyed drinks at night on the 5th floor outdoor bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Directed us to places we wanted to see and ordered us cabs when required. We had to checkout at 5 am and they had a nice lunch packed for our train ride. Thanks you for making our stay memorable. We had to stay a few extra nights due to flight cancellations and the staff were very compassionate and accommodating. Super quiet location with several nice restaurants nearby. The courtyard was a lovely place to chill and the rooftop bar has one of the best views in town! And the gym was a bonus that helped us workout out our stress!

Very clean and functional Rooms were small I believe pretty typical for European Hotel Breakfast buffet was excellent Plenty of variety Would have liked if front desk could have made some reasonable change in currency Also asked for a taxi in advance to arrive at certain time to get us to our destination on time Desk didn’t call until we were physically in the lobby delaying our departure and causing us to be late for our appointment Other than that staff was awesome

Absolutely incredible hotel with amazing stuff. Everything was absolutely amazing. Even the rooftop, uh, bar was super nice to to watch the sunset and drink a cup of coffee or a pint of beer. We had the best time walking towards the town from this hotel. Next by the river And we definitely enjoy the free bikes.And I just loved it here.I will definitely come back as many times as I can

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was welcoming and very professional. I went to the spa for a massage and Sophia took fantastic care of me. Everything was clean, relaxing, and overall a wonderful experience. Breakfast was great as well - they had buffet style with several options. If i return to Porto i will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was good, but not perfect. Highlights: 1) great breakfast buffet 2) good location 3) great view 4) good room size Negatives: 1) the carpets could’ve certainly had a few passes with a cleaner (at least on our level) 2) the shower didn’t have any shelves for toiletries (just a personal annoyance, not the end of the world) 3) AC was okay, but not great (I like a cold room to sleep in though 4) fairly loud as you’re right above a main road, (but not terrible!) Just a decent amount of road noise through the night and morning. 5) not the easiest to get to using transit (but they let you know this upfront) I would say for the price, I’m happy enough, but likely would look elsewhere in the future (personally). The staff were friendly, the hotel felt safe, and the location was close enough to central that I wouldn’t complain about that at all! My wife and I are big walkers, so no issue that way.
