A good location especially for socialising. If you are sightseeing albut not clubbing at the weekend ask for an upper floor. Self catering facilities are very good

Communication was great! Apartment was close to great restaurants, shopping, and sights. Be warned, it is a party street (hint is in the name). Saturday night was very loud and did shake the room a little. We didn’t mind, I read the reviews and was aware. The apartment has blackout curtains and ear plugs.

I really liked this place. Clean and modern. Just down the road from great dining places and really easy to get around Porto from here. It does get a bit noisy some days from the bars on the street but they provide earplugs and I just used my AirPods and was able to sleep fine.

May 2025 Stay

Was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room and amentities provided. The rating is mostly based on the location of the unit which is on a noisy street with bars, that is pretty busy during week days and weekends. It made entering in the front door code a little nerve-wracking, especially at peak hours when people are all over the street. The bar music is also fairly loud late at night. The location during the day is convenient near a lot of shops but the late night activity wouldn't be for everybody.

The property is in a great location however, be aware that it is night club area so very noisy throughout the night into early hours. Generally communication very very good would just advise to be clear on facility to leave luggage for late check out as wouldn’t expect to have to walk a good 20-25 mins walk to the office to drop off there. Property very clean, transfer from airport to apartment and back well organised.

Nice apt but

The apt was comfortable and sufficient the street noise really wasn’t that bad. It’s muffled and we didn’t use earbuds. Meeting up to get a key is a pain though. We weren’t free to make stops along the way and it took quite a few conversations back and forth if you’re running late

Very nice apartment and a good central location. The person that met me was very helpful and suggestions for places to visit. Great place to stay but be aware that the street has extensive nightlife (and noise) that continues until the wee hours of the morning.

Communication with FeelPorto was always excellent. They had a representative who met us at the apartment and made sure to check that our access link and code worked. She also gave us a quick tour of the unit. The apartment itself was clean and spacious enough for 4 people. AC worked extremely well. The location is right in the nightlife part of Porto, and although we did hear noise around 4am, it was not a big deal. Keep in mind we were located on the 4th floor. You are within walking distance to almost everything. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended

Great property, very clean and easy to find! Check-in process was quick and easy. This location is very walkable and on a beautiful street. One thing to note, this property is in the night-life area so the clubs are loud well into the night, but the property seems to have well insulated window's to help dim the noise. Just something to keep in mind, but still had an excellent stay here!

Too many requests made of us at inappropriate times. At 11:30PM, FeelPorto demanded we pay the Tourist Tax. The issue is not the tax itself (it’s required by law), but insisting we paid it right now, at 11:30PM, when we had checked in at 3:00PM was inappropriate. I imagine it’s all remote workers, because they did not accept any phone calls (even when we were locked out of the apartment and had immense difficulty checking in—no one to help us). The apartment itself was fine, not overly clean or dirty. Excellent neighbourhood, right in the action. But definitely would not go through this company again.

As others have mentioned, and I should have heeded those comments, these flats are virtually unsleepable from 11pm to 6am. They inform you it is the area, and the sound is one thing (they provide earplugs) but the vibrations in the floor and walls from the bass of the speakers from the nightclubs is ridiculous. I was there for 3 nights and maybe got 2 hours of sleep a night, I'm sure from pure exhaustion! Be warned!

This property is not fit for family occupation as noise levels from street are far too high and sound insulation is poor. Instead of advertising this, the property provides ear plugs as a solution. Should have their license revoked! Stay away!

Awesome stay for a great price

I missed my first bus from Cascais to Porto so I did not get to my apt. Until around 11:30. I did notify them I was going to be late - no problem. Ana was there to greet me warmly and show me everything in my room. There was a kitchenette, dinette, dishes, silverware, glasses - everything I needed. My bed was super comfy and the bathroom had all I needed. The room was very clean. The location was great - about 3 blocks from Llello livaria, one of the oldest bookstores in the world that you must visit. Yes, I would most definitely stay there again.

The apartment information says they have luggage storage, it didn't say with fee, so you would expect it's free, the luggage storage they can provide was a link to book for the service, it was quite costly, at the end I found storage at the metro which was reasonable price. But these were extra cost you need to bear in mind if you need to store your luggages. The apartment was cosy with air conditioning. It wasn't as new as the photos posted, the kitchen top and sink top wasn't very clean when arrive. But the agency was very responsive and helpful, they replied all questions quickly and provide all the information in the email the day before you arrive. It would be more helpful if they can send this email earlier. We were on 4th floor, we still need to use the ear plugs provided in order to fall asleep. The music and noises were up to 5am on one night. It wasn't very pleasant.
