Great communication

Very well presented and comfortable. It's a little walk to the riverside at Gaia but we liked being slightly out of the busy zone. Great communication and support before and during the stay. Make sure your phone remains charged to use the online swipe key for entry.

Really nice apartment near the center, good value for money, and the FeelPorto team was super helpful and friendly. I think that the communication between the moment of booking and the arrival could have been a bit smoother (I have received a few requests to contact the customer support team while I believe that all information was already provided), but after that minor inconvenience, our stay has been wonderful. The breakfast was good, but in my opinion relatively expensive for what it includes, the service is perfect though. If I would come back to this area (quite likely) I would definitely consider booking with FeelPorto again!

Amazing stay!

The flat is super cute and cozy. Lot of home utilities and was very clean. Confy sheets and pillows. The area is peaceful, and there is a 24h parking lot really close to it - you can't really park for free anywhere in Gaia so using the parking lot is cheaper than parking in the street.

The property was was close to metro easy to walk around. The noise from the trains you can hear and from other quests. We stayed 4 days with only 1 set of towels for each of us and only 1 towel for the dishes, would have been nice to have another set. Also a broom and a dust pan in the flat would have been nice. I like to clean up after myself.

Don’t waste your time and book somewhere else. Get there the first day as they said someone would be there to greet me into the property. No one was there, check in was at 3pm asked for early check in, did not reply. Contacted them once we were at the property and they did not answer for hours. Had to get a local to call them. they a different number and they said I had to pay this and the foreign tax and a bunch of other crap. Once we finally get in 4 hours after our check in. We didn’t even get the room we paid for the upgrade for. And the room we did get the garage was full and there were wet towels on the floor. Second day it’s pouring rain and the power went out for hours again. And no one picked up the phone. We could not get into our room sense the power was out. Only good thing was the location, don’t waste your time with this place. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Some things are out of there control and I understand that. But the fact there was no apology or help from there end was disappointing.
