"Fantastic location- really cool, clean place"

"Breakfast was good. Clean room. Spacious. A bit far from downtown but we knew that. Good value for money."

"We booked one night for three adults and paid $279.26, expecting a comfortable stay. We arrived at 10:30 a.m. and accepted that the room would not be ready until 3 p.m. We only asked to complete the check-in paperwork in advance. We asked again at 1:45 p.m., explaining that we had a tour at 2 p.m. and would return late. The receptionist refused both times, and I found her attitude unfriendly. "I highly recommend this hotel, and would certainly stay again. I had a very spacious suite with kitchen available. The bathroom was beautiful, and the towels were very fluffy. The staff at this hotel really went the extra mile. One of our party forgot an item and the staff had it waiting at the front desk as she went to retrieve it. Great customer service and restaurant recommendations."

"Excellent location! Wonderful room and amenities. Rooftop bar was closed but we’ll try it next time."

"Excellent"

"Great Location! The room was very Clean, but we felt that the lighting was insufficient. It was very dim. Wonderful Shower. We probably return on our next visit to Porto."

"I would consider it"

"Phenomenal breakfast !"

"2 level loft unit was cool"

"We could have stayed forever. The staff was welcoming and kind. The hallways smell like heaven. Spacious and quirky rooms- ours had a full glass wall on one side, a mini kitchen, and a window (for watching the river and being a nosy neighbor). We extended our stay because we couldn’t bear to leave"

"Very clean and beautiful rooms, bar kept closing very early, but the location was perfect and the pool deck and terraces had unbelievable views"

"Great location for exploring the city. Staff were very helpful and rooms were comfortable. Would recommend staying here for a short city break."

"Noise level was intolerable. Extremely loud when bars closed. Then loud noise at 4 am every morning. Then early morning a man selling lottery tickets and announcing every few seconds in a loud voice. He was there for hours. We were out all day every day and left a tag on door requesting to have our room made up. It was made up only 2 times during a 6 night stay"
