Nice condo but noisy traffic

Large condo with lovely terrace. Quite a bit of traffic noise. Condo is one flight upstairs with no elevator. Grocery store is just a few minutes away. Laundry is just steps away. Numerous restaurants and shops in the area. Metro is only a few minutes away.

The location of the apartment is excellent! We parked our car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Very comfortable accommodation.

The apartment was spacious and clean with a cute little balcony. It was in a good area with a 24 hour shop right next door. I did need to contact the staff who are not actually at the location as we had a little trouble getting in originally but they responded quickly and it seemed to be a user error. We just needed to jiggle the key a little more as they’re older doors. The staff was also gracious enough to let us store our luggage both before check in and after check out with no issues at a sister hotel a short walk away. Definitely a great find!

Unless you have a really small car you will not be getting into their parking. The bathroom was lacking any counter space, with the sink having sime leakage into the cabinet below. The shower was small without any area to put your shampoo etc. I burnt myself on the shower metal a few times. Mold in the shower and the laminate flooring was wearing.The finishes look nice in pictutes but are not high quality and there is many worn and tired areas. The sofa bed was comfortable and the outdoor patio is lovely. Location is close to everything.

It was perfect for a family of 4, sofa bed was very comfortable and slept 2 people just fine. The balcony was a great touch and enjoyed some really nice afternoons there. Aircon worked wonders during the hot days and the property was in general very nice and clean. We went during the festivities in Porto and we didn’t have any problems with noise was the windows muffled any noise outside Highly recommend it

Loved our time in Porto! This was a spacious apartment and it was great that we could park and leave our car. You don’t need a car in Porto! It was so close to the market! Everything is close!

Nice and new apartment in Porto. Huge private terrace for summer overlooking Alegria street. Ideal for couples or small family. New, clean, full kitchen, good location one block from Main Street and few minutes from riverfront (15?). Restaurants, supermarkets and shopping mall one black away. Communication was great, Eva welcomed us and gave us a map and explained main city highlights, restaurants, etc. Some things to consider, parking entrance is very narrow, if you are driving a small or mid size car is ok, big SUVs will not go thru. Similar to other apartments we stayed in Portugal and Spain, electric Water heater is very small (about 20 gallons) and takes ages to heat. 2 short showers and it runs out for about 30 minutes. Apartment upstairs had a family and kids running / jumping noise transfers. I would recommend based on location and amenities.

Schönes Apartment, vorteilhaft mit Parkplatz

Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage nahe am Bolhao Markt und an vielen Restaurants und Bars. Es bietet viel Platz, ist gut eingerichtet, und die Terrasse haben wir gerne genutzt. Dass man hier mit Straßenlärm rechnen muss, versteht sich von selbst und war für uns kein Störfaktor. In der Wohnung selbst hört man davon bei geschlossenen Türen nicht viel, nur das Haus selbst ist etwas hellhörig. Ein großer Vorteil ist der zugehörige Parkplatz in der Garage schräg gegenüber des Wohnhauses. Mit der Beschreibung hierfür und auch für den Ablageort für den Schlüssel kamen wir gut zurecht. Mit breiteren Autos (SUVs) wäre die Einfahrt allerdings schwierig. Die freundliche Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp, was für uns völlig in Ordnung war. Etwas umständlich war die Abreise, weil wir die Garagen-Fernbedienung für brauchten, um das Auto zu holen, aber diese und den Schlüssen wieder ins Apartment bringen mussten. Zu zweit ging das - alleine wäre es schwierig.

Das Bett war sehr schmal (1,40m), das Haus sehr hellhörig. Badezimmer winzig und keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Esstisch musste ausgeklappt werden und war aufgrund von Unebenheiten im Boden sehr wackelig. Statt Stühlen gab es Hocker. Für anspruchslose Gäste ok.

O apartamento é bem localizado, proximo a varios pontos turisticos e com facilidade por ter estacionamento. Como ficamos no térreo, há muito barulho em relação a entrada e saida de pessoas do prédio, as vezes bem cedo. Fomos prontamente atendidos quando precisamos.

Excelente localização. Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé. Pertinho do mercado do Bolhão e de um supermercado da rede Pingo Doce. Estacionamento da acomodação é uma vantagem a se considerar pois no centro histórico é muito difícil de encontrar vagas e o estacionamentos são muito caros.

O apartamento é bom e bem localizado porém o acesso ao quarto por uma escada estreita e quase vertical é muito difícil principalmente para pessoas idosas ou com dificuldade de mobilidade e se torna perigoso ao usar o banheiro durante a noite. Em resumo: é inadequado para pessoas de meia idade em diante. Creio que deveriam enfatizar esse fato na descrição do imóvel. A garagem embora com a entrada estreita atende seu objetivo.

The property is convenient to the center, located a 10-minute walk from Sao Bento station. It was easy to find by car and covered parking was available. The internet was fast. The staff is professional and friendly. You need to arrange a meeting time and if you don’t have mobile service, you will need to give a precise arrival time. The bed was an American full size and there is a €15 charge to get 2 sheets for the sofa bed. The walls are thin. There is no air conditioning. No safe. Balcony overlooks parking lot. Port wine tour and tasting is offered—arrange in advance. We were told about it when we arrived but there were no tours available when we tried to arrange.
