This is the first time my family and I have used a place such as this for vacation and it was a pleasant experience. The security was superb, and we loved the layout of the apartment. The only thing we would recommend is getting an ac unit for the living room, because when JA is hot AND humid, oh me oh my. We are planning to go back soon and we definitely will be staying there again if it's available.

Did not receive details from Host to access property and had to find another property to stay. Tried reaching out to Expedia but this is the hardest thing as there is only IA contact and no human contact to be able to explain the situation. I would appreciate if someone would contact me from Expedia regarding this uneventful stay. It was not a good situation to be. Got to the property and was told that there were no reservations in my name (bookings for my mother) and this was very disappointing to say the least. EXPEDIA, PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS URGENTLY, VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.

This place was very clean and cozy.. made me look into owning one of my own. Communication with the host is amazing! Text her! She will answer! If she miss your call she will call u back! Very reliable. I will definitely come back

pool wasnt filled and had been empty for a number of weeks. place wasn't ready upon showing up. we were asked to and we had to do laundry even though we were there when we said we would be and it was 2 hours after check in time. We were asked 2 hours early to have house keeping come in ad start doing laundry on check out day.

By far the worst rental Ive ever booked. We booked for 11/6-11/12 during a trip to bury my aunt. I contacted the host to let her know that our flight would be landing at 3am Thurs morning. She asked if someone could pick up the keys. When we arrived after 4am, already exhausted, we get upstairs and the keys did not work. We had to wait almost an hour for the host to bring the correct keys. When we were finally able to get into the apartment, we were met with shock & confusion. The air conditioner pictured in the living room, did not exist. After further inspection, there were no garbage bags, no dish soap, the ice machine in the refrigerator did not work, there were ants everywhere, the toilet in the master bathroom leaked brown water, the bathroom smelled & the door is rotting on the inside. We used only the other toilet. On 11/8, we tried to enter the gate, the security guard informed us that they were not allowed to let us in. I was beyond confused, as our belongings were upstairs. Apparently, there was some kind of miscommunication over monthly payments between the building & the host. The host was unresponsive when we reached out to her and the situation continued until the day we checked out. We felt unsafe a majority of the trip having to argue with security for 4 days to get in and out of the gate, while having my daughter and elderly mother with me. I reached out Expedia and they did not offer any solution. This rental should not be allowed on their platform.
