Also I like how they have a self service nibble and drink lounge for free so I can fill up my water bottle whenever I need. Have hot water. Room temp water and a coffee machine free to use. Comes with some free croissant too."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the room felt dirty and dusty throughout our stay. It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in our opinion it doesn’t come close to that standard. Our stay was very uncomfortable...
