"Front desk staff, cleaning staff, and breakfast staff were all very professional and courteous. Front desk staff answered all my questions and provided me with small items I had forgotten. Cleaning staff asked me if I was checking out so they could work on my room which was efficient and possibly kept other guests from being disturbed. I may not be explaining it well but I thought it was a good thing. Continental style breakfast was fully stocked with tasty items; croissants, bagels, boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and good coffee. My room with two double beds had a mini fridge, closet, luggage rack, tv, desk, and small but usable bathroom. All appliances were clean and in working order except that there was a slight drip in the sink which I told the front desk only due to water waste. It didn’t bother me. My bed was comfortable and climate control worked fine. Parking was sparse and mostly metered. I did not partake in valet so I can’t rate it. All in all a pleasant stay."

"Clean room and very clean laundry facilities. The only two improvements I could suggest is that it would have been nice to have access to the pool prior to 3pm, and a continental type of breakfast. They do have a full breakfast option for $17pp in the restaurant, but a lower tier pasty & boiled eggs or something along those lines would have been a welcome option. I need to add how absolutely amazing one of the front desk employees were. Genysis (I'm all but certain I'm misspelling that) made an incredible impact on our stay. We were there dealing with a family emergency, and after returning at 6am after being in the ER al l night long, he was kind enough to extend us until 2pm unsolicited and comped. That kindness was needed more than he could have known, and I will forever be grateful. We will absolutely stay again."

"I was pulled in by what seemed to be the location, beautiful hotel, and rope & slippers. I did not get any of that. check in was a breeze but i did not have the robe in the room and when i went to ask about it they said they ran out. and i went the next day and asked again and was told again they ran out. Never saw slippers. This isn't near anything to do and no public transport is decent in the area. The gym equipment is actually from TEMU. Im not joking I looked it up."

"Everything was good there as far as cleanliness, and breakfast was excellent. Parking was great and always available for handicap which we needed and used. One thing, they need a o get the printer fixed be cause I could not print my boarding pass."
