"Loved the location. Was able to park in the parking ramp, leave the car, and walk to many, many places! Room was clean, view was excellent, and choices of food/snacks was endless!"

"We had a pretty good stay overall at Four Winds New Buffalo. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The staff was probably the highlight of the stay—everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the food. The biggest negative was the old smoke smell. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was definitely noticeable and made the hotel feel a little dated. I was also disappointed with the casino itself. Quite a few slot machines were down for maintenance, and the selection seemed to have a lot of older machines. I would've liked to see more newer slots and more machines available. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay at all. The hotel, food, and staff were better than the casino experience itself. I'd stay again if I received a free or comped room, but I'm not sure I'd pay full price for another stay."

"Waited a long time to check in. Loved the games in the lobby! Pool was great! Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second night- we came back to a dirty room with no sheets in a bed and the do not disturb sign was on the door. I called the front desk, but no one came so then I had to go track someone down in the hallway. We ended up waiting up at night to have someone come out sheets on the bed so we could go to sleep."

"Gorgeous corner unit with two huge walls of windows overlooking Lake Michigan - very comfortable and well-appointed for a stay to see the sights. Loved the sunrise views and seeing the city all lit up at night. Outstanding location near Field Museum, and short walk over to Millenium Park and Navy Pier - would highly recommend. So nice to have a full kitchen for meals. Only comment would be that the building says it has a pool, but it's honestly so small that it's really like a plunge pool - not big enough for actual swimming."
