"We enjoyed our stay so much. It was just before the in season. It was quiet and relaxing. We stayed in Unit 104. Evidently, an older gentleman owes it and the management is working with him to update. The unit is very spacious. Perfect for our two couple trip. Nice pool area. "The condo was clean and in a great location, but a bit on the "dated" side. Definitely a rental property more on the economic side judging from some of the other properties I've seen in SPI. On the plus side, the gated property provided an added sense of security if you brought a car or boat. The air conditioner was oversized and kept the room as cool as you could possibly want and the beds were normal and comfortable.
