"We’ve just finished another two-week stay at this hotel and once again it exceeded every expectation. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and, honestly, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Bangkok. The staff are incredibly courteous, welcoming and attentive. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The gym is excellent and very well equipped. Even as someone who trains regularly, I found it had everything I needed for a great workout. The breakfast is outstanding, with a huge selection of fresh and delicious food to suit every taste. The location is another major highlight. You’re right in the heart of Bangkok with easy access to everything the city has to offer, yet when you return to the hotel it feels like you’ve stepped into your own peaceful cocoon away from the hustle and bustle. A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for another fantastic stay. We can’t wait to return."

"The room was great size. Nice view, location was central to grocery, and bts. The breakfast was amazing!!! Worth the extra $$. Staff was great! Good service. Just reminder 2300 Bhat deposit for mini bar if not paid in cash will take 2 weeks for credit card refund. Clean gym, Excellent SPA! Nice pool unfortunately, VIP promotion was not explained well. Buy 2 get one free happy hour was overcharged. Recommend the coffee shop and koi bubble tea. It was not easy to get a grab with road closure. Bed was soft and comfy."

"This hotel was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice looking. The food at the cafe was good. There were quite a few drawbacks, though: We had to get some towels replaced on the very first night because they were dirty. They also did not have soap so we had to request that. The internet was pretty bad, it dropped regularly. We had ants.... They were small but they were still active and we had them daily. Half the time the front desk did not answer the phone so my husband had to walk downstairs to speak with them. And lastly, there was a horrible smell emanating from the hallway of floor half the time we went out. Not sure what the smell was or where it came from but it was pungent. Overall 4 out of 5 rating."

Positives for the room are that the AC cranks cold and the shower gets hot and has good pressure. The biggest negative that needs to be addressed is the mattress needs a topper/pad to bulk it back up because it is not comfortable. My mattress was worn out and I could feel the springs across my back no matter which side of the mattress I was on. I highly recommend you bring your own pillow or go buy one if you can as well. The Wifi was choppy and did not work until they fixed it 1 day before I was leaving. When it was fixed it was okay and at least stable."

"We had a great stay in the junior penthouse- perfect for 4 of us. We had our own hot tub on the roof and the hotel pool was so wonderful to cool off after the day. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed using the room as our base to explore eastern Bangkok. It was very affordable considering how big the suite was, and there are lots of places nearby to eat any meal of the day. Great stay!"
