"We had a kind of poor experience here. Positives, the room size and amenities were great -king sized bed, kitchenette, decent bathroom with a tub. Hospitality was the main issue on arrival after midnight by train. It took 25 minutes to check us in, then we were set off to our room on the fifth floor ..."
