"Great location "

"We loved our room and how it looked onto the street. Which was noisy at night, however we loved being in the action. The restaurants all around were delicious. We ate in the hotel and the chicken breast I had was a little dry. My husband really enjoyed his chicken thighs. We only had our room done up once during the 4 night stay and the maid didn't clean up the greatest. Also the hot tubs weren't the cleanest and the lids were atrocious to lift. Over all we would recommend staying here."

"Good family place but a little crowded"

"I have stayed two different times now. Both times have been wonderful. We received room upgrades and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. The location is perfect! Very walkable and close to the Chateau Frontenac and the main tourist areas. Loved both of my stays here! We will be back. "

"The room in front of us had a PARTY. The staff did their job, the music stoped but the party people were loud so it took a while before we fell asleep. At two am people were running in the corridor and laughing. So I did not really appréciate my stay at the hotel"
