"Two black marks against my name on our arrival as we arrived a whole 5 mins before time - and I perched on a stool in the hallway to say hello to the dog to be told I mustn’t sit on the stool as it’s an antique!! Welcome !! The breakfast was pretty basic - and we had to pre-order the one pastry that we were entitled to - it was placed in a dish on the buffet table, but we weren’t supposed to touch it until it was served to us ... "When we arrived the owner greeted us and showed us to a lovely room we had booked, we only stayed the one night en route to our holiday destination and found the room clean and very comfortable . we were given lots of local information to find a bistro in the local town of Aunay sur Odon. The breakfast was well received and presented in a pleasant manner by Thom who was charming . we will have to come again next year and well worth a visit especially for a qiuck over night and as in our case...
