"I can’t comment on the hotel as I didn’t end up staying there due to booking the wrong place incidentally. What I can comment on is the staff that was willingly happy to help correct the issue with Expedia. This can happen to any of us at times, and as a world traveller, I can say this shows great integrity on behalf of the hotel. Thank again to the staff ! Well done 👏"

"Me dejó un sabor agridulce que no estuviese abierto el bar de la piscina ya que por email me dijeron que le estaban poniendo a punto para este fin de semana que estuve. Y, ya que no está abierto, prevenir en el bar que tengan vasos de plástico para llevar al césped. Ya que cuando fui a pedir un par de cervezas me dijo la camarera que solo se puede llevar agua o café, porque los vasos de plástico están en el chiringuito de la piscina… un poco sabor agridulce.. por lo demás bien"

Hotel staffs told me to turn-on and wait for 3-5 minutes for proper working condition but the unit blows hot air and bad order all together. I wanted the open the window for fresh air but bug screen was not installed. Plus, no refrigerator in the room. The water pressure was not adequate and lukewarm.
