"Overall very good. The only downside was the late night (3.30am) music from the club next door was very audible and prevented a good night's sleep for 4 or of the 6 nights we stayed."

"The hotel itself is smart and has a good restaurant. Unfortunately I stayed in one of the apartments at the rear of the building and it was poor. The electrical circuits were random and bodged. The bathroom cabinets a mess and the shower head sprayed water and was poorly attached to the tiles."

Bad: Check-in process was a nightmare. They ask to fill out personal information and pay a fianza outside Expedia. Elevator and bathroom smelled like really bad for the whole trip."

"COCKROACHES IN THE BEDROOM.
My friend and I stayed here one night and there were multiple cockroaches in the master bedroom that came out at night. We tried to get rid of them but to no avail. They were HUGE and fast. We called the WhatsApp number of the host at 2am and explained the situation as well as sent photos. He said there is nothing we can do except send a colleague to assess the situation and try to get rid of them. Nobody came. We were awake all night because the cockroaches were...

"It is a good choice of accommodation consi the price. However, the tram and metro did not work up to the end on that line at the time and we had to rely on the buses which were really full at times. I advise to get a bus/team weekly ticket. The bus is reliable for it is a real nightmare to understand the bus network, the map is really unclear and over complicated. For the flat, check you have what you need in the kitchen because we had a lot missing but receptionist was helpful. Their main bell...

"TLDR; loud restaurant, but comfy bed.
Pros: comfortable bed, clean room, good amount of storage.
Cons: active restaurant below room. Our window overlooked the patio of the restaurant. Some nights it was closed early, but on at least two occasion, it was active until 1:30 am. Breakfast sounds started at 8:00 am.
Minor cons: tv was broken (but I wasn’t planning on using it and admittedly forgot to tell staff), no wash cloths or hand towels in room, only larger bath towels (I didn’t ask for...
