"staff we encountered were wonderful. the lifeguards even played with the kids by allowing them to try aim the water guns at them while it was quiet! breakfast was very good."

"Stayed 5 nights in Sea Signature Room. Room was clean and helpful staff. Good amenities and view was absolutely awesome. However, hotel lounge was small and no laundry."

"Grateful and appreciative of the front desk or reception people for helping a first timer like us. Very cheerful and always smiling"

"Convenient location close to the train, making it fairly easy to get around Hong Kong. We primarily chose this place for its proximity to family, but it was also handy having food options nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the shower facilities were generally clean, although there was some mold buildup around the shower corners and door. There is also some nearby construction, but the noise was generally limited to reasonable hours. Overall, not a bad place to stay for convenient access to...

"The property is in a very good location. Since the booking was through a third party, they will not provide certain promotions."

"New and clean facilities, right on MTR station, next to a shopping mall. Staff is polite and helpful."

The location is incredibly convenient—directly across from Wanchai MTR station and a short walk from a market. Our room was new, spacious, and had a great city view. We especially liked the free ice machine and the amazing shower, which had...

"I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong ✨ The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. Everything felt luxurious and very well maintained. What impressed me the most was the staff. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and attentive. The service was truly outstanding and made my stay even more special. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout the entire trip 💖 The location and facilities were also...

"Old"

"Breakfast Buffet go early as omelette station closes very early. Decent selection to start your day. UNIQUE about this newer hotel. Floors stay cooled so room is constant 70 to 73 farenheit even in hot weather with air conditioning off. Ideal temperature in hotel for those that do not like the hot/cold extremes in Hong Kong May through October weather. Swimming pool is useless; see the pictures. Nowhere to sit and small with a narrow corridor on ground floor to reach it directly through the...

"Perfect view. Perfect location."

"Not too far frim MTR Tin HaunStation. However, noninformation on this. We miss one stop as we got off at Causeway Bay Station and had to walk quire long."
