The hotel was terrible. We were supposed to stay seven nights. We only lasted 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned despite our requests. It was 27.5 degrees in the room while it was 25 degrees outside. Impossible to air out the room. On top of that, this hotel had the bright idea of placing our room next to a noisy road, even though we were staying 7 nights and were entitled to a quieter room with the possibility of airing it out. The towel rail in the bathroom was completely rusted. One of the bath towels had black stains. Our towels were never changed. We had to ask for them to be replaced. One of the receptionists was surprised at the room we had been given given the number of nights we were staying. The receptionist never told us where breakfast was held, outside the hotel. This breakfast was really not good for a European: greasy and not very varied. The tables were sticky and the cutlery poorly washed, as there were residues under the plates. This is the first time I've rated a hotel so poorly. We could have expected better for 740 pounds for seven days.
I will be requesting a refund for the four nights I did not spend in this miserable hotel.
