Graham on front desk was friendly and very helpful with advice etc. jumped on the bus to Wimbledon-approx 10 mins. Great pad Thai restaurant in York Street? Near Wandsworth town rail station. Super place, would use again. "
"We had a really lovely stay here for our wedding in London. The rooms were beautiful and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. My mother's room was closer to the rail tracks so hers was quite noisy at times but she used earplugs and was able to sleep. Rooms felt safe and bed was comfortable."

"The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "
"Don't be fooled by this, they ignore you all day, then after 6 pm they write that something is broken and ask you to cancel, but after 6 pm you can't cancel the house."
