"The hottel is located 8 mins walk from Delicas station . The hotel is very modern location to the old town is by the 34 or circular bus very close and takes 15 mins to get to Reception was very quick to allocate room friendly and professional..The room I stayed in was l spacious premium room . The bed was huge larger king size very comfortable with quality bedding . All mod cons smart tv , fridge , table , chairs safe situated in room The bathroom was spotless with bath/shower bidet etc . Breakfast was plentiful tasty hot and cold food with sweet cakes .. Overall I wound highly recommend this hotel 10/10"

"I have stayed at this hotel frequently as I have family living close by. On this occasion I had brought my car from England and the excellent staff arranged access to a secure underground car park very close by. When the technology of the check in system at the car park confused me Lucia from reception took the trouble to come to the car park to assist me… amazing guest care on her part. On the Sunday evening Tsueh guided me to a local store that was open the Sunday for me to get a few essentials. I phoned Marlos on reception whist I was still in the UK and he helped arrange my place at the underground car park. All three members of the reception staff were absolutely amazing ! As were the chamber maid ladies. This hotel is a total pleasure to stay in. R. Villagrasa"

"I travel a lot around Europe and this hotel is in the bottom 3 I have ever stayed in. Breakfast is poor. Coffee is poor. One breakfast was so crowded people were queuing for the horrible coffee machine, that they were forming a large que around all the tables in a snake like fashion. Women were queueing for the downstairs toilets and using the mens during one morning. I had my first dinner at their restaurant on a Sunday and the staff were unable to speak English, which was fine, I we managed. Steak was nice. The restaurant for dinner on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was was so crowded, there was no space to sit and eat. They had only 3 overworked staff who were struggling to keep up. So I just ordered water at the bar and went to bed without eating. On one day, I did not even get water. I stood at the bar for 30 minutes and was just blatantly ignored by the staff - probably because communication with me was difficult for them and they did not have the time to want to make the effort. Room service is available, but there is no instruction provided in the room of what number to call for Room Service, so I had to go down to reception to ask. I was instructed to scan the QR code for the menu. The menu is only in Spanish. Sadly, I only speak English, so I could not order room service, either. The place is dead between 10:30 and 20:00 with no way of ordering food. All this for the handsome sum of £1k for 4 nights and to go hungry and to be ignored. Rubbish!!! "
