"Die Gastgeberin war äußerst herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat Tips für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Zimmer und Bad täglich in top sauberen Zustand."

"Très bien. Personnel sympathique et professionnel, chambre grande récente et bien aménagé."

"Good location, nice rooms. Customer service, not so good - particularly in the cafeteria."

"Staff were friendly. Elevator didn't work properly occasionally. Carpet on stairs is very old and not clean. Good location, next to auto bus station."

"Wonderful accommodations and great value. Room was nice, great balcony and access to indoor terrace. Only issue was with access to other restaurants, couldn’t walk to anything. However onsite restaurant was excellent and good value so was happy with that as well."

"Everything was as expected. A bargain for the location. Friendly staff, food places just outside the door, ferry service across the street. No hot water for morning tea, but aside from that, a very enjoyable stay."

"J'ai passé un très beau séjour, Alfredo était très gentil et au service. Merci"

"Great place to stay and staff were very helpful with any queries and helping to book a taxi when uber failed. Comfy beds and clean rooms. The only point I could make was there could have been a been a bigger selection at breakfast"

"The hotel's location was fantastic—very central yet surprisingly quiet at night. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having coffee, tea, and water provided in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The only downside was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains. We have encountered this issue at other hotels where a solution was found, but unfortunately, the bathroom fragrances provided here did little to mask it. I would...

"I had a unit with a folding couch. It was so thin and all night the bars were digging into my back. There was a constant sewer smell, and my main light sometimes didn't work and the outside light flickered on and off like a bad neon sign. I went to use the bracket to keep the back door and could never close it so the door was open all day and night. Yes, the harbor view was pretty, and the unit was clean, but I would not go back."

"Great two night stay to visit Tangiers! Hotel staff recommended Balearia which provided a great tour. Wish I had time to use the hot tub (extra cost and need swimming cap). Gym is quite limited and the rooftop was closed during my visit which was disappointing since it part of the reason I selected the property. Staff is great, breakfast buffet looked good but we don’t choose that option. Parking is plentiful just outside hotel and later noticed they had a parking lot under hotel."

"Our hotel was a few blocks from the old city wall and a short walk to the bus station. Very quiet historic building with an amazing restaurant included. The staff were very helpful and friendly."

"If you want to relax, this is a good place as it’s away from the town. If you are planning on taking the ferry from Tarifa to Tanger I would stay in town at a hotel in town with parking. Parking at the ferry is very small and expensive. We ended up taking a taxi for 24 Euros there and 19 Euros return. This hotel’s staff had very limited English and we didn’t find them very friendly or helpful. We had a bungalow and the walk there was extremely overgrown with plants so dangerous walking to our...

"Breakfast, and the restaurant was fantastic, with great service thank you so much ."

"For a two star it was really quite adequate. The rooms were very clean and the linens were fresh and new. It certainly did not have the luxury of a five star, but it was great."
