"My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Ritz for 7 nights. We really had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The 2 double bedroom was pretty big overlooking the main street on the 6th floor and was quiet. The location was great as it is so close to all the activities, restaurants and bars. Jose the front desk person was very professional, courteous and very helpful. This will be our home away from home the next time we're in CDMX. Highly recommended!!!"

The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Jose Luis who can be found at the entrance, always offering a friendly smile and warm greeting upon entering the hotel. He was incredibly helpful in getting a really quick transportation service to the airport when I was stuck waiting for my second uber attempt after the first cancelled due to unexpected street closures. Jose Luis stepped in and got us a taxi within 5 minutes ensuring we made it to our flight on time. Thank you Jose Luis and the staff at Hotel Zocalo Central. 100% recommended. "

"Bed sheets very dirty, no wifi, no intimacy, loud music playing early in the morning, room very dirty, no room service during my 3 night stay. I arrived late to this place and had to wait outside for one hour since no one was answering the door nor the phone despite me letting them in advance that I will check-in late."
