My family of 5 stayed in the penthouse for 5 days. This apartment is centrally located to the Zocalo and its neighboring destinations. Great place to stay!

The staff was amazing! Everyone was very helpful even before I arrived. When I got there, I was alone and they helped me with my very heavy suitcase. The gentleman had the apartment ready with music, lights on, and snacks. The place was very clean and the decor was flawless. My return flight was cancelled twice so I had to extend my stay and tgey were incredible! I stayed in 3 apartments total and tgey were all excellent! The same gentleman that welcomed me helped me when I left. Since I was alone, he stood by the door with me to make sure I was in the car safe to return. That is priceless! This is a reflection of their leadership. AMAZING! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. The location is incredible, walking distance to Bellas Artes, Zocalo, Museums

Our stay at Casa Donceles was phenomenal! We had great communication about arrival and the team was on hand to welcome us and help with luggage and getting settled. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The half bath was especially nice to have for a family staying together. We loved the comfortable furniture and beds. We’re sending a special thanks to Cristian for all of his help.

Great stay, very comfortable

Stayed in 2 b/r, 1.5 bath, 1,000 sq ft first floor unit, overlooking internal courtyards on either side. Very comfortable, clean, had pedestal fans as no a/c (weather was cool, no problem). Strong Wifi. Great location on quiet side-street with 6 museos literally next door. Several Mex food restaurants and 7-11 store, metro station Allende close by. Very helpful staff with limited but adequate English. Will gladly stay there again.

The facility was very nice. We stayed four nights; Saturday was the only night there was either a weekend nightclub, or some kind of street dance, with hard pumping club music. The dj was rockin’ it, but that didn’t help me sleep.

This was such a great option for my first time in CDMX. The property was clean, very specious and staff were friendly. One of the staff, Livia contacted me prior my stay and they even offered early check in! This was so convenient as I had an early morning flight. It was within a good walking distance from El Zócalo. The area around the property was very quiet, not sure if this is how it always is or because the street was closed for traffic on all days I stayed there. Overall I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again. Gracias Casa Donceles!

The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed. My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed.

Excellent place . Near to everything . The temperature is comfortable but we need extra heater for the room We need a disabled friendly stairs to go down to the street , 6 steps is too much for my mom

Having house keeper was part of our deal when we purchased the booking but when we checked in they told up house keeper will be extra charge for us to pay. That was so disappointing and the whole stay we did not use any housekeeper. Also property was so cold and we had to request for a small heater which barely could warm up the whole apartment. We do not stay or recommend that to anyone.

Great communication but there was a misunderstanding, when booking through Expedia. I had to pay again at the hotel when I had already paid through Expedia site. It looked like I was double charged and it took over a week for the extra charge to fall off on my credit card.

Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX.

独立記念日のためソカロまで歩けるホテルを探しました。期待しなかったんですが予想以上綺麗で広い所です。部屋が二つにリビング キッチンまでついて料理も出来るし従業員の感じも凄くいいです。 メキシコシティに行くときはまた泊まりたいです。
