Quaint and perfect!!

This hotel is a gem! The staff are amazing and so happy to make our vacation just what we wanted and needed. They truly made this our home away from home especially Alberto. This was our third time staying here and will definitely be back. It’s a great location near many restaurants. It’s super quiet. Very clean and would definitely recommend.

It’s certainly the most quiet hotel in downtown Playa, just a few blocks from the beach. Extremely clean and very well maintained. Staff is kind and responsive. Love the authentic Mexican decor.

This is a wonderful property! The location is perfect: close to both ADO stations, very walkable to many restaurants, the beach and the main square. The staff is amazing! A lovely colorful hotel with great amenities, pool and amidst a lush jungle. I enjoyed my stay at Casa de las Flores very much. I had a spacious room, that was cleaned every day. The staff at the reception was friendly and very helpful. I also enjoyed interacting with the cute hotel cat. The proximity to the main street, city center and the beach make it the ideal stay in Playa del Carmen. I highly recommend this accommodation and will gladly come back again.
