"Well worth the money. We stayed in a platinum longer pool room and were treated amazing the entire trip. The resort is massive. Trams run every ten minutes to move you around if you’d like. Very convenient. Spa is absolutely beautiful. Resort could use some tidying up. But all in all, it was gorgeous. Pools are so pretty. Well planned out resort. Restaurants and buffets are insanely good."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Mother daughter trip and I appreciated that the resort wasn’t geared towards couples only. Friendly staff, shout out to Stefany, Raul, Mariasol, Nelvia, and everyone else we encountered! It was a bday trip and I loved the little cake and the special room decoration for me. Great pools, good beach with enough chairs/umbrellas for all. Food was great overall! Loved the breakfast buffet and Nami. The Italian place and the lunch seafood place was maybe a 3.5 or 4/5. The Mexican restaurant wasn’t open while we were there (go figure!). Great cafe booth too. And loved the pop-up food/treat stands (taco, ceviche, crepes). The beach bar staff worked hard!!! And definitely wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Remember to bring some cash for tips. We didn’t receive the complimentary tote bag to use during our stay which was a bit of a bummer. We only found out that we should have received one during check out. Also, make sure to check out the rest of PdC during your stay!"

"Some areas not open. Renovations near 1 pool was a bit annoying. Mandatory long pants for men in restaurants should not be. Pools to crowded with people staying in pools for hours and hours and not getting g out to use wash rooms. Water not sanitary caused me to get a rash on day 4. Very quiet resort, with not so good beach area. All food, drinks and rooms were good."
