"The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway."

"Secrets Lanzarote is a lovely hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of sun beds and places to sit in the sun. Lovely food - even the buffet option. Drinks are 10/10 even the alcohol free ones. Evening entertainment is very good. Coffee shop is wonderful with many options. Italian and the grill are our favourite a la carte options. "I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the pool each day at 12- the guys from the animation team were excellent- made them good fun. Reception staff were particularly helpful. Good selection of fresh food & the entertainment in the evenings was very good. "
