"This was a great property in a great location, just steps from the beach. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite with an ocean view. My only complaint was that the wifi didn't work, was weak, or was slow."

"Six night stay with two kids. It was a bit out of the way. The property was nice enough, once the construction is complete, will be a lot more comfortable. Our room had a strange smell, this was the last stop of our two month trip and we really did not feel like moving rooms, so we didn't say anything, but it was not a pleasant smell. Room spacious, appreciated the bath tub. Expedia advertised a fitness room but that was not true. We loved the pool. Restaurant food was excellent. No complaints about the breakfast buffet! Helpful staff. Would stay again (hopefully in a room without a smell)."

"Nice small hotel, very helpful staff. Room, beds and bathroom all very clean. Swimming pool and good location on the edge if San Juan de los Terreros, 3 mins to nearest beach and chiringuito, overall would recomnend if looking for simple no frills accomodation. Would we stay there again? YES."

"This is a very beautiful building centrally located which allows you to walk to the most interesting places to visit in the city. Its rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast is delicious and very varied. Staff are great and helpful. Parking can be done in the near Plaza España and you can get a discount with a hotel voucher"

"Parking in a perfect location within a gated area within the hotel grounds 15 euros a day. There were about 150 children staying at the hotel. They were out and about most of the time but come meal times you had to judge a time to have lunch and dinner before the children arrived. Had we known we would gave chosen different dates for our break."
