We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent."

"It's the worst experience in my life. The apartment is only one room and a small hall, but the reservation was for two rooms and a hall. The owner told me to stay only one night and he will change the apartment for me the next day. But he didn't respond to my phone or messages. The bathroom is dirty and the sink is broken. The fish tank in the hall is also broken. It's a bad experience and I left before I finished all the days of the reservation."
