Les Suites Hotel Ottawa

"The location was ok. Right beside a mall, and a few mins away from the parliament. I liked the feel of the room, spacious, and comfortable. We were constantly surprised with the items provided for convince, like a full kitchen, washer, dryer. The room was very clean. The parking was very tight, and you need to check in first before you can park. The security is good, given the surroundings. You need a key card to get in, and on to your floor. We also used the pool. Also very clean."

"TL;DR: We would happily stay here again. We had a great stay. Not quite 5 stars, but very happy especially given the value. The 2 Signature Suites we had were quite big (although a bit different; the one with the king size bed had a huge TV and hot tub). There was not much space between the end of the bed and the dresser, but the hall leading to the bedroom and bathroom had its own door that could be closed (nice for families wanting a bit more privacy). There were lots of options for breakfast, although the same each day we were there (hot options were 2 types of egg bites (yummy!), sausage, or one of several types of breakfast sandwiches that would have been better if the english muffins were toasted). But there was also fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheeses, muffins, bagels, coffee, fruit cups, applesauce, bottled water, lots of condiments, etc. The indoor garage was nice... very tight to get into, but I loved the EV charging that is included in the price of the parking spot (if you have an EV, they give you a spot with your own charger). Housekeeping missed a couple minor things, but understandable with large rooms like ours."

"Great location. Clean simple apartment-style hotel. Perfect for people who want to be able to cook a little. Needs updating (hallway carpets look a little less than perfect), but is great for independent travelers who want a home base that is close to downtown. The staff were great! We would always stay there if they had one everywhere we traveled. Felt like home away from home."

"We had an absolutely exceptional stay! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. Our room was immaculate, exceptionally cozy, and offered a stunning view of the city. We particularly enjoyed the accessible location, which allowed for easy exploration of nearby attractions. Highly recommended."

"We were in a Gold level room which basically makes it an all inclusive kind of experience. We didn't need to go out to eat at all; they provide breakfast, substantial food for the evening as well as snacks, deserts and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. The staff is very friendly and helpful."
