"Valerie was amazing welcoming my family and I after a long day of travel, and attending a funeral. She was a happy face that we didn’t know we needed and made sure we had everything in place to finally rest."

"Old world charm"

"The hotel is a renovation in progress. Our room had been recently updated and was very nice. The continental breakfast had several varieties of fresh items available."

"Caryn runs a lovingly-maintained home, and makes a delicious full breakfast! Everything here felt just as cozy and comfortable as a bed-and-breakfast should. I'd happily return."

"It was a small Inn. No one bustling around. Quite. Panaramic view from my windows in the morning. Didn't see any deer. Dining room was small-1 large table and 6 chairs. Cozy. The innkeeper cooked breakfast. He asked the night before if I had any food allergies and what I might like to eat. He was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. "Very nice historical kind of feel type place. We enjoyed it."

"Serious key card problems.. was locked out EVERY SINGLE DAY at least 3 times per day. Staff kept blaming me or electronics that I don't even own. Took over 4 hours and 2 reminders to get 2 pillows. 3 hours and 2 reminders to get towels."

"The property is a bit dated and could benefit from some updates, but it was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We really appreciated the cleanliness and hospitality, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great place to stay for our weekend getaway in Stowe, and we would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Had an amazing time. The staff were all very friendly, the rooms were quaint and relaxing"

"Our room was very clean and cozy with a beautiful virw of the surrounding acres. While check in time is 4 pm I wish staff would have alerted us to the fact we could participate in the free tour amenities. Would have loved to see Von Trapp family history but did not have enough time during our stay. Highly recommend the Maple Sugar harvesting and visiting the Scottish cows."

"I never made it into my room, it was raining that day, no parking spots available, the rain was a sheet of water coming off the metal room with no gutters. Had to dodge puddles of water to try and find someone ( which didn’t exist ) before running back to my vehicle to book a room elsewhere."

"Nice room. Clean"

"Bathroom set up not idea"
