Very accommodating personnel, very generous size room, clean and quiet. Large balcony overlooking trees, which we didn't get to use because we only had a short stay, but would probably be a great outdoor relaxing space where you can have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Overall, very good stay.

We stayed for 1 night as part of a New England road trip. We were met by the owner on arrival who could not have been more helpful. He suggested a number of places to eat. This motel is a work in progress...which is a good thing! The owner checked us in and told us his vision for his new venture. He was the most kind and accommodating person on our 2 week trip. He's spent 8 months remodeling the place and it was very clean and our room was huge! He has lots of ideas for the future of this motel. Our only negative was the lack of a nice continental breakfast. He did have 6 flavored creamers though! He even helped put our luggage in our car because it was raining. I would like to go back someday and see all the new changes i know he will make. 😊

The room was pretty clean for the most part. The man at the front desk was nice and actually came up to our room to help us turn on the heater. It’s a convenient location if you want to go to multiple places in Vermont and even New Hampshire. Lots of parking too. Some things that I think could improve: the entire lobby area and hallways where the rooms are smell very strongly of incense. The rooms could use some updating. The bolt on our door was broken off for example and the rooms are opened by an actual metal key. The WiFi needs some major upgrading - you can’t load anything other than maybe sending some texts. I used cell service data most of the time.

It’s an older place, and the price reflects that. New ownership took over in October 2024 and you can see they are working hard to improve the place. My room was quite large and very comfortable. I would definitely return

The stay was good. The size of the room was larger than expected and clean ws well as nice. My only complaint was the continental breakfast. It was not much to be desired. Only two types of cereal, small store bought mini doughnuts, and bite size muffins. There was no yogurt or eggs and bacon or sausage that are also part of a continental breakfast.

Looks like this place is undergoing some upgrades which is good, it needs it. Loved that is was old fashioned, the room was quite clean but could use some cosmetic upgrades. Area was very quiet and so was the inn. WiFi was pretty bad, kept going in and out which made it hard to look up things around the area. I would not visit this town again as it was not what I was expecting. It looked like it was stuck in the late 80s to early 90s. Very expensive town. The Inn itself I can’t complain too much about. The room doors were hard to open and I couldn’t find the fitness center they advertised.

Huge rooms

Room was huge! You could fit at least 2 queen size air mattresses along with 2 pack n plays in them if needed. A bit outdated and in need of touch ups, but comfortable and quiet. Had small fridge, microwave and small coffee pot. Not sure what the breakfast had as we were a bit late for it, but fresh fruit, cereal, bagels and toast were still out. If you are looking for boujee, then look elsewhere. If you want something budget friendly, while still no icing you want you need, then you’ve found it.
