"We had such a lovely, warm welcome and the staff could not be more helpful. Inside, the hotel is clean and welcoming. The hotel is very conveniently positioned and about 10 or 15 minutes to the tram stop into Basel. The breakfast was absolutely first class - plenty of options and the rooms were great."

"There is easy parking near the hotel, but You must pay to park in one of the parking garages. there is a nice Hotel restaurant on the first floor, and the staff are very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again"
