"The Domaine is ideally situated for exploring not only Bayeaux, but also the Normandy area and the D-Day sights. The location could not be better--within walking distance of centre ville and all the restaurants and shops. There was private parking so we did not have to worry about parking the car. "Staff were so welcoming. Room was clean, bathroom was recently updated and had a/c which was so nice with abnormally higher temps. The hotel fit the look of the city and was yet modern in the room. They offered laundering service which was so helpful. Hotel was very walkable to the numerous cafe’s. Great place would recommend to book here."

"This is such a cute boutique hotel. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It's rare to find a king bed in any hotel in Europe but this was very nice! Everything was in good working order. Front desk staff was helpful and very sweet. We didn't partake in the daily paid breakfast so I cannot comment on that but it's at a great location nearby an amazing boulangerie, grocery and restaurants. "Location of the hotel was right in the middle of a city center. Our room was clean and big. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful."

"No air conditioning, which probably doesn’t matter in the North of France very often, but we happened to be there for the hottest day on record in France. The linens we clean, but the surfaces in the room were dusty, maybe because there was no choice but to leave the windows constantly open. They make a big deal about being ecologically responsible by not washing towels daily, but they leave no space for a towel rack for them to properly dry."
