At a rate of $360 per night, this experience falls far below reasonable expectations. Visitors come to Italy expecting authenticity, hospitality, and professionalism. "Clean but had some ants on the floor and housekeeping comes way too early (8 am) and stays till around 10 am and if you don’t leave the room by then, your room doesn’t get cleaned. Receptionists were super friendly and helpful. "
