"We loved staying in this hotel. A bit challenging since I have mobility issues but well worth pushing though it. Within walking distance of several must see sites. Loved the atmosphere. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were lovely. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!"

"Great stay"

"Convenient to airport. Room good, little noise. Reception staff helpful but one older bar member not so. Breakfast not up to usual Hilton standard."

"Great location, close to Waverley Station."

"Stayed only one night so wasn’t able to use the spa (arrived late, left early) but it looked terrific!"

"The room was perfect for a one night stay before flying out the next day. Close to the airport, a full breakfast included, and a nice room made it all perfect"

"No better location in Edinburgh. Staff was beyond helpful We had dinner in the Italian restaurant attached … so good. Would return time and time again. Great choice"

"Right on Grassmarket is centrally located. Area wasn’t noisy which I didn’t expect. Room was clean, well appointed and kept up. Staff very helpful. Only complaint is that television selection wasn’t great. Not bad but not great."

"Great experience, the hotel is in a perfect to visit the Castle and surrounding areas"

"Absolutely wonderful stay lovely clean and well maintained property Small rooms but lovely kitchen area and everything could need just wish we had bathrobes but the reception did give us all slippers instead Fantastic helpful staff and even sent up A bottle of wine for my friends birthday The 5-6pm drinks in the lounge is genius and we can’t wait to come back Great location too and lovely cafe next door perfect breakfast lovely staff at the plaza"

"The Wilde is a great central location and for us, who choose not to have a car; there were so many things to experience from the Royal Mile, Grassmarket area, town of Dean. The hotel was enjoyable place to stay with our room, lounge front area. I appreciate the Wilde is very eco- conscience in all that they do and their amenities. The staff was very friendly and so helpful. We enjoyed hanging out in the common area to relax, have a glass of wine, etc. Food was great. We will be back."
